Here are suggestions for structuring your retreat.

FOUR 1-HOUR MODULES

On retreat day, upon awakening, begin Hour 1 activities.

HOUR 1

Meditate — 5 minutes (or longer)
Wander — 30 minutes
Read — 25 minutes

HOUR 2

Meditate — 5 minutes (or longer)
Listen to something nourishing — 45 minutes
Visualize — 10 minutes

HOUR 3

Meditate — 5 minutes (or longer)
Self-Care — 55 minutes

HOUR 4

Meditate — 5 minutes (or longer)
Eat — 25 minutes
Rest — 30 minutes

At my online retreats you will stop running in meaningless circles. As you gain clarity, you will become mindful of each task. Instead of rushing from sunup to sundown and feeling empty at the end of the day, you will rejoice in your daily journey. The nonessentials will naturally drop from your to-do list, as you recognize that it’s the quality of each activity (not the quantity) that contributes to your well-being.

SOUL VACATION ONLINE RETREATS

At my Soul Vacation online retreats, you will spoil yourself with kindness. Only love and pampering will be allowed as you explore new inroads to self-care.
In focusing on yourself, your love will multiply. As you become an expert on self-care, you will learn to let everyone take care of their own needs. You will no longer keep score of the times when you gave more than you received. You will give with an open heart, free of self-pity and resentments.
You will come to see a realistic picture of your own importance. You will see how incredibly valuable you are to you and to life itself. You will also see that though others may love you dearly, they don’t need you. The eventual ending of your life will create only a temporary disturbance after which everyone will adjust and re-enter the flow of life. This truth, though deflating at first, will release you from holding yourself responsible for everyone’s else’s happiness. In focusing on creating your own happiness, you will become a beacon of light to others, modeling how others can similarly create well-being.
